: Reservations made more than 40 days before the arrival date require a $500 Reservation Deposit. At any time prior to 60 days before arrival, you may cancel or make changes to the reservation, minus a $50 change fee. If a cancelation is made prior to 40 

days before arrival, your deposit will be returned minus the $50 change fee.

At 60 days before the arrival date your $500 deposit is now a payment toward your stay (rental) and the remaining balance is now due and payable and NO refunds, re-scheduling or cancelations can be made. See paragraph 9 for information regarding available travelers insurance.

If reservations are made within 60 days before the arrival date, the full payment is due and payable at that time. 

An exception to our NO CANCELLATION POLICY is if our area, St Johns County, 

Florida issues an "Evacuation". Please understand that a "Hurricane Watch" or "Hurricane Warning" outside of St. Johns County is not an exception.

Some homes are pet friendly. Please let us know if you are bringing your pet along. 

-The pet fee is $150 per pet.  

-Pets are not allowed on the furniture or bedding.

-Pets are allowed on the beach, but must be leashed.  All pet waste must be picked up and bagged.

-Guests are responsible for any pet damages. This is not covered under the accidental damage waiver.

Florida Coast Beach Rentals keeps confidential any guest or personal information provided by guests. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us and to fulfill your request for a great reservation experience.

Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email and/or phone in the future to tell you about specials, news or upcoming events. We take pride in ensuring our guests have a great stay and want to let us host again! 

We use top of the line secure touch pad locks for all out our vacation homes. 

Our guests have the option to choose their own special access code to enter their beach home rental and the code is only active from point of check-in thru the point of check out, then this code is automatically deleted. If guests do not choose to provide their own access code, then we will provide a code for the guests. These touch pad locks work great and prevent hassle of keeping up with keys.
